Daybreak Labs Subprocessor List

Daybreak Labs LLC ("Daybreak Labs," "we," "us") uses a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to operate our Products and websites. This page is the authoritative, maintained list referenced by our Privacy Policy. For each subprocessor, we identify the service it provides to us, the region in which it processes data, the transfer mechanism we rely on, and a link to its own privacy policy.
Each subprocessor is bound by a written data-protection agreement that limits it to using personal information only to provide its service to us, and prohibits any use for the subprocessor's own purposes. No subprocessor is permitted to use your personal information to train any general-purpose AI model.
We maintain this list at a single canonical URL so it stays current without a Privacy Policy version bump each time a vendor changes. A material change to our subprocessor footprint is treated as a material change under Privacy Policy §14.
Current subprocessors
Scope: the Multi-Property Tax Strategy Workbook, currently the only generally-available Daybreak Labs Product. The Workbook is a locally-run file that transmits no buyer-entered data to us (see Schedule A §S.13); the personal data we receive is limited to the buyer's email, Lemon Squeezy-supplied order/payment metadata, and any support correspondence.

Note on Lemon Squeezy's role. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the seller for Workbook purchases and acts as an independent controller for the payment, tax, and fraud-prevention aspects of the sale (governed by its own terms and privacy policy with you). For the limited order data it passes back to Daybreak Labs, it acts as our service provider. Lemon Squeezy sends purchase, receipt, and download/license emails directly: Daybreak Labs does not operate a separate transactional email service for the Workbook.
Data we do not share
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not embed third-party advertising trackers. We do not buy data from data brokers. See Privacy Policy §5.6.
International transfers
We and our subprocessors process personal information in the United States. For users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and UK/Swiss extensions) where the subprocessor is certified, with the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback layer. See Privacy Policy §12. (No Daybreak Labs Product is currently offered with EU-targeted processing; this section is forward-looking.)
Changes to this list
When we add, remove, or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and its "Last updated" date. Material changes to our subprocessor footprint are handled under the Privacy Policy §14 material-change protocol, including advance notice where required.
